Reynoldsburg 4th of July Parade Application
Please fill out the following form and click submit to be entered into the parade. Applications must be submitted by June 16th. A $25.00 late fee will added if received after this date. Entry Fees:
Commercial/Business: $25.00 Political: $100.00 per entry/candidate/office holder/levy
Civic Associations, Churches, Girl/Boy Scout Units, Fraternal Organizations, Youth Groups, and Veteran Groups are FREE.
If entering as a group ALL CANDIDATES and OFFICE HOLDERS must pay $100.00 each. See rules and regulations.
You may make a check out to Reynoldsburg Community Association and mail it to P.O. Box 73 Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068.
You may also submit your payment via PayPal. There is an additional fee. For Commerical/Business add $1.25. For Political add $5.00.
