Reynoldsburg 4th of July Parade Application

The Reynoldsburg Community Association is pleased to invite you to participate in a spectacular celebration of America’s 250^th Birthday. We are honored to extend an invitation to you and your business/organization to participate in the 2026 July 4^th Parade in the City of Reynoldsburg. The parade this year will be on Saturday, July 4, 2026, with a prompt step off at 10:00 a.m. Our theme for the 2025 Parade is “ Celebrating America 250”

Attached is a copy of the “Parade Rules and Regulations” at this time, “Parade Entry Form” and parade route map. Due to the current/past event the Reynoldsburg Community Association is reserving the right to make changes to the “Parade Rules and Regulations” at any given time to keep this event safe for participants and spectators. You will be informed of the changes through the email address provided on your application. All entries must be pre-registered and are subject to approval of the Reynoldsburg Community Association and their membership. 

Each Commercial/Business entry is $25.00, each Political Candidate/Office Holder/Levy entry is $100.00. There will be no charge for Civic Associations, Churches, Girl/Boy Scout Units, Fraternal Organizations, Youth Groups and Veteran Groups. Note: Parade entries for Political Candidates/ Office Holders will be positioned in the Parade Line-up based upon date entry was received.

Once your entry has been received, you will receive confirmation of your entry via email. Prior to the parade you will receive a second information email. On the day of the parade, you will receive your placement number at the Rosehill Road and Retton Road intersection from the Parade Marshal. Only vehicles listed on the parade application will be allowed to enter the parade line up. Please communicate this to your group and make appropriate arrangements to get participants to their units safely. 

The parade route ends at Huber Park. Your business or organization may want to organize a shuttle vehicle and drinks for your participants in the parade. The temperature can be very hot and there are no shuttles provided to return participants to the beginning of the parade route.
